What Does this kidney Ultrasound Result Mean?

I have a report from a ultrasound on my kidney that reads echogenic focus at the ureteral pelvic junction for obstructing calculus measuring 9mm. The ascending clip demonstrates some movement of this which may be due to adjacent vessels. What does this mean in regular terms?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your ultrasound result that demonstrate 9mm calculi at the urethral pelvic Junction I am strongly believe that you have developed a condition called renal calculi (kidney stone)

In view of this please see an urologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate therapeutic procedures which are as follows

Extracorporeal shock wave lithotrispsy
Ureterscopy
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Open surgical interventional procedures

I hope this helps Regards
